The BBC wants to hear about your broadband experiences... It's only fair that we tell them of our bad experiences with Orange! If enough of us leave feedback it might even become a news story of it's own... It's our chance to show how little Orange care about their customers and how poor the service is! It will only take a few minutes of your time and could save hundreds of "new" broadband customers from making the same mistake we did and signing up with Orange...
Have you had difficulty switching supplier? Are you waiting for the new rules to kick in before changing your ISP?
It's worth noting they're specificially looking for people who had difficulty switching, for that story though they'll probably will get general problems sent in too.
