Hey i got problems again with Orange, i been lagging a lot in online games lately and disconnect with my adsl connection randomly.Now when i do a ping trace which my friend told me to do, it reports this when i disconnect:

Is this to do with Orange? both lights stay solid green when i disconnect which is wierd and i can instantly reconnect but the disconnects happen very often and only today it's been starting.Any ideas what to do?
This still happening, also it's connecting at 2.2mb instead of my usual 7.1mb, should i call them? seems like line is faulty again or wouldn't that be the case?
I also have been getting intermittant disconnects over the past week or so. In order to eliminate any internal wiring I plugged directly into the BT test socket behind the faceplate. If you have an NTE-5 type master socket simply unscrew the lower half and plug your router/livebox directly into the test socket. If you are still getting disconnections try a different filter ...they can sometimes fail and cause similar problems to yours. If you need any info about the Master socket try this link
If having done the above you are still getting disconnects it may possibly be your router or livebox. If you can it might be worth borrowing a router and see if things improve.
If all else fails then a call to Orange might be your only option
