I´m trying to access my email from Spain using Webmail, but my original Freeserve email address (which I very rarely use) is the only one that works. I have 4 other accounts I really need access to and am not receiving email from any of them.
After logging on to webmail and checking mail I get the following error message: "Could not poll all your POP accounts. Please check your settings on the Options page".
I have checked the setting and they seem fine. I have even tried different POP3 servers (pop.freeserve.com / pop.wanadoo.co.uk).
If anyone has any ideas I would be most grateful. I tried calling Orange help in the UK but access to their premium numbers doesn´t seem possible from here, and I gave up on of their 0870 number after 15 mins.
Sounds like the accounts could potentially be suspended. Try logging directly into each one through webmail by using the email address and password. If any don't let you in then you could try retreiving them.

Thanks Elhana. I tried signing into webmail with some of the other email addresses but it came back with "The address you've entered doesn't work. Please can you re-type it carefully.". The email account that works is the one I originally set up with Freeserve (before it was Wanadoo and pre Orange) many years ago. The others are just different accounts set up on Outlook Express. I understand that the obvious likely problem is something to do with what I have entered in "My settings", but I can´t for the life of me see what that could be.
