I am in need of desperate help! Orange is being absolutly useless and I am sick of wasting my money by calling their tech support. I am on their 8mb package, however I have never recieved this speed. I started on 2.5 megs and week by week it has decreased, I am now recieveing 0.5 meg. I am 1.2 kilometers away from my exchange and have done a line test which says that my line is fine. My exchange isnt congested either (used an online test). I am told I should be getting speeds of about 6 to 7 megs, and my LiveBox details are as follows:
