Whilst it was on going, I was getting speeds of between 6000 and 6500 K/bps
I now get an average of 2000K/bps
I went to the site 'Broadband Availability Checker' and got the following info. I am only 200 metres away from my exchange
Quote:
Congratulations, you are in a broadband enabled area.
However, it appears there is currently a "cease" order in progress on your line. Once this clears you will be able to order a new broadband service.
What does this mean?
I am using a speedtouch 330 modem, with all the patches for faster line etc.
Is there a site where I can actually see what my line can receive
Ok thanks, I will have another look about, its really annoying because for a while I was getting really good speeds, but now it is a joke. Considering cancelling this
Brace yourself Snico, expect poorer speeds than what you had with ADSLMAX. When they move you to LLU you'll wish they didn't...Tis ALL about the Monaay!
