Perhaps we should all post our phone numbers here, then we could call each other instead of the tech help lines, tell each other to phone back in 48 hours. Just as effevtive as phoning tech help without the wait
Probably my own fault for being sarcastic, I think Orange read it, because today I wasn't told to ring back in 48 hours, I was told they would contact me "short, short!!" I asked how short and was told within 5 days. However I felt a warm glow when she told me there is a team of engineers working on my problem.
