Can anyone be kind enough to give me the address where I can write to Orange about a problem I am having with my broadband issue. A name and dept would be spot on too if poss.
I have spoken to them on countless occasions and they dont seem to be interested in settling this so a letter is in the offing.

Don't be surprised if you get a letter back apologising and stating how they try to give the best service and then tell you to telephone.......technical services!! Welcome to the merry go round...it's Groundhog Day!!!!
