For a while now i have been experiencing problems with Orange. I was getting speeds of under 1 meg and constantly disconnecting after around 3pm.
After complaining to Orange they have said that there is a problem on my line and an engineer will work on it. two weeks later my speed has increased massively but im still disconnecting.
Everytime i ring Orange i'm asked to ring back in 48 hours by an Indian and it's now getting very frustrating. I have said if its not fixed by Monday im moving isp's.
Do you think i really have a fault on my line or are Orange just masking there crap service?

I have had exactly the same problem, if it is any consolation. Pleae see my letter under dropping connections. I have phoned constantly to get it rectified and am seriously considering now telling them to stuff it. They actually said that they were checking my line and then said that it had been cancelled because they couldnt contact me. One of the woman couldnt even get her own computer to work to pull up my information, in the end I put the phone down on her. Then I phoned customer services and they went to put me through to someone, I was left hanging on for ages and again the phone went down. Their service is disgusting and I am really annoyed about the whole thing.
