I received an email telling me that my speed would be upgraded on 23 jan2007 and that i would have no access for 30 mins.at 10 pm i stil had no broadband, told phone tomorrow if u still have problems. 24th, told completion was due that day, phone tomorow. 25th, told it takes time to settle down, give it 48 hours. saturday told a line fault, we will report it, give it 24 hours. Monday, "don't ring us, we will ring you"
Wednesday, it'snot us, it's BT, we will remind them.
Anyone know Orange's Managing directors email addy? if so, send to maurice@lloydhome84.freeserve.co.uk

sounds familiar I got in touch with B.T and had an engineer come to my house at a cost of £131.00 call out and £99.00 per hour or part thereof oh and guess what theres no problem with my line "quote" BT engineer were having loads of broadband probs at the moment and funnily enough its mainly Orange broadband users that are affected yes really funny i,ll await my next telephone bill thanks again Orange and when I rang the "customer service helpline"lol the cheecky sod he did,nt like my tone well excuse me are Orange prepared to foot the bill to B.T and reimburse me for being offline for 2 weeks guess what he said i,ll get
"technical support" to call you back that was over a week ago I,ll never use Orange again once I can get free of them that is
