Use the livebox VOIP (assuming it works) to call the customer support number or the regional equivalent - true regional numbers are on the forum somewhere, and are free via VOIP. That said, my calls to tech support via VOIP havent been billed either.
Put your phone on speaker if you have it while you listen to some decent music on radio or CD. When they eventually answer, explain that they are in a queue, put the phone next to the radio/CD player you were listening to, and leave it there blasting *your choice* of music at them, until they hang up. Repeat until you get bored.
For added kicks, get their name first, and on your last call of the night complain vigorously that said member of staff hung up on you mid-call.

LOL you know what, that may not be a bad idea, use their free telephone service to vent on a company thats messing you about- poetic justice if you ask me
