I have been with freeserve, wanadoo ect right up until the Orange takeover. At first i was quite excited at the prospect of a free uprgrade. However, i had never had any problems with wannadoo 1.1mb/s. Once upgraded, i recieved nothing but problems from go.
i) My internet disconnects at least once every 30 mins, the worst was 5 times in a minute...
ii) i have had not just a day offline but a whole 3 days offline in the past.
iii) The so called 2.5 mb/s is no where near as fast as the old wannadoo 1.1mb/s
iv) When trying to see what is wrong, i get through to dehli, where an Orange employee cannot understand that theyre company is in the wrong.
This will be my last month with Orange, the worst isp ever.

It's as if they just don't know what they're doing. It's unbelievable really! How stupid can any one bunch of a holes be???

Orange Fightback
I get disconnected at least 5 times a day and one of the disconnects is usually an hour or so. Im not very happy and am getting to the point of cancelling after beeing with this isp since the freeserve days

Thinkbroadband previously (adslguide uk) were just giving the news if you check the forums you will see that on that site they arent very popular check DSL ZoneUK ratings, Orange is near the bottom.
