This is the first time I have been on this site and Oh what a surprise.The amount of times I have called wanadoo with connecting problems! I have lost count.After seeing some of the letters written in I am swiftly coming to the conclusion that neither me or my equipment are at fault.If I get through two continual hours with out disconnecting I am lucky.Each time I call the helpdesk I go through the same old rigmarole and the end response being that the problem is nothing to do with them.
I work from home and am on-line for eight to ten hours a day ,Monday to Friday . So I risk in a sense jeapourdising my career at this rate.
Ironically a couple of weeks ago on our local news in Cornwall there was a small piece about businesses in the South West that have gone bust recently and all down or atleast largely down to the failure of the broadband provider .Is there anyone else who has the same problems in the South West or more specific in Cornwall?
