Orange are taking the p!ss & YOU are having to PAY to complain at 7.5p per minute.
MY advice is to MOVE to another ISP now; and do NOT phone Orange; make THEM phone you.
IF you have to phone them, do it at LESS COST TO YOU. Try this site for more info:
