I can't even get started on Orange Broadband! They promesed to post the equipment to me four weeks ago and it has still not arrived. Despite phoning them and a letter promising delivery today, it has still not arrived. Yet on TV they still advertize for new customers. Why? They can't even deliver to present ones. I have told them I cancel friday if the equipment is not delivered by then and will stay with my (reliable) ukonline dial up!

Im sorry to hear about whats happenned but its not uncommon with Orange try choosing a provider with a 1 month contract you cant go wrong if you do you aint locked in like Orange and the big providers do then dont give 2 hoots when you have a problem look at ISP ratings then check thinkbroadband formerly adslguide and check the isp forums you will find Orange is at the bottom of the pile for connections CS and TS then you will get a good idea how customers are happy or unhappy with their current ISP good luck.

Orange unlimited broadband package arrived late (1930hrs) last night. The install CD did not work. After 'phoning their helpline (which took about 5mins to get through to after all the "press # button) they were very helpful and so far all seems to work.
