Watch out, as Alan says, Orange have just done that to my account. Left me alone for two months then for the last two months started taking a monthly sum out. I am in the middle of a battle right now,
It is all worth it because I am with EFH which is the best there is. You can speak to a native of the UK who understands you and who is trained. Their routers are made here too and the makers are only too happy to help with any problems.
We now run 3 machines, with no speed drop (8M), quite happily.
Just to be safe, I will tell my VISA people that my account has been compromised and get new numbers.
Orange are slick people, they offer you one month free, then 3 months free only to keep you with them and do not make a note in your file that you are yelling CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

I have offered my help on a more permanent basis to the admins here (I'm particularly good at shouting at Orange until they listen) and I generally hate the way they think "big corporation, poor service) - so I'll stick around and help where I can.

I received an email just yesterday asking for an extra fiver 'cos they haven't been able to collect my direct debit. Phoned them Three times already to point out that they no longer supply me.
I won't phone them again. Anymore attempts to get money from me and I'll speak to my solicitor.
