I have had a .fsnet.co.uk address for 8 years and now I can't access it. I did move to a broadband connection some time ago but the webmail still worked then suddenly I got a "message failed" and I can't get into the address. Is this normal?
If you didn't use that address to upgrade the account to broadband then it'll only last 90 days without a dialup connection on that account. If it's still within the time limit then you should be able to reactivate it.
