I have been with Orange(freeserve) from the start and generally had little problem until last week
Connected directly through the livebox, web pages are taking up to 10 minutes to connect if at all
Phoned the help line and went throught the various suggested procedures to no avail. The @ light is on constant so the connection seems to Be Broadband but the problem persists. I tried connecting with the speedtouch and still get the same problem. I can connect with my internal dial up modem which is working ok which to me would show there isn't any problem with my computer settings.
I was promised a BT line check by the Orange help on monday but up until now nothing has happened. Im loosing faith in this company if I wasn't tied into a contract I would cancel right now

Another 4 days have passed and every day I am promised BT will be checking the line...
I got up this morning and the connection is working again, lets hope it stays up
