I'm leaving Wanadoo for another ISP. My line speed had been stuck at 512k since Wanadoo messed up the upgrade on my line - well apart from the days when it was zero One of their databases said the line had been upgraded, another one said it hadn't but couldn't upgrade it because the first one said it had.
Anyway, with only a few days left before I switch ISP, a very strange thing has happened. My connection is now running at 6.5M. If it isn't just a coincidence, then something was done at the Exchange in preparation for my change and that something also fixed the Wanadoo problem. I'm discounting the possibility of Wanadoo themselves fixing the problem
So, if you want someone to look at your LLU connection, then at least one way is to switch ISPs!
