At present the webmail routing filters do not act on any emails that are tagged as ***SPAM*** by the spam filters, (the spam filters route any tagged spam direct to the Inbox (Default) or to the Junkmail folder, bypassing the routing filters completely).
If the routing filters were in the email path whether the spam filters tagged the spam or not then they would be an extremely useful aid to trap the 'catch-all' type spam that plagues us all. As the system stands they are virtually useless.
So, Orange, any chance of modifying the routing to achieve the above? A possible alternative could be a user option to turn off the spam tagging filters altogether or perhaps to be able to select either or both sets of filters singly or in series in any order.
The system could be so much better with relatively minor modifications......
