My livebox was installed initially 2 months ago on a laptop via ethernet cable, and now connects wirelessly. No problems there.
However, I'm now trying to connect a PC wirelessly to use elsewhere in the house. I can connect initially via ethernet cable, but as soon as this is disconected and I connect solely via USB Wirelss device, I lose the ability to see internet pages. (My wilress connection is enabled, but I can't see anything).
Over the last month I've tried changing IP address settings, installing/reinstalling wireless device (Belkin), firewalls, WEP key, Windows Zero Configuration, and checking all settings on the livebox from my laptop.
I've also spent hours and hours on hold to Orange, without any success at getting through. Also, since getting broadband, the quality of the phoneline has deteriorated. Is there anything that can be one?
Any suggestions gratefully received before my livebox comes to a premature end....!
