Hi guys im new to the site but there might be someone here with the same problem.

I opened an account 6 months or so ago with these monkeys and although I didnt pay too much attention to the smallprint I know for a fact it was an unlimited downloads account. Today I recieved a letter(no emails) telling me my usage is above 50 gig for the last month and if I dont decrease it they will close my account.

I have already decided im going elsewhere but I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

I thought unlimited meant unlimited

It does say somewhere that they have a Fair Usage Policy in place. Excessive downloaders ect can slow down other peoples connections.

Its a marketing ploy Oranges "unlimited" is not the same as our "unlimited"
