Hey ladies and gents as you all know already Orange have been very incompetent and useless. For all of you who want to get rid of these money hungry scum and have been told you cannot cancel unless you pay the 12 month contract, take no notice. Read their disgraceful contract and throw everything at them and demand they cancel your account with no charge.
For e.g Not offering you service for months you'll know your rights complety rip them and say you will talk to OFCOM and Trading Standards. Also cancel your direct debit with them.
Simple they are liaring evil b******.

I'm in the process getting a new router then signing up to IDNET for a 1 MONTH CONTRACT. You may be out of 12 contracts after Oranger.

How do they get away with a one way contract surely if ur line is down more than its up they are in breach of contract this company is just unbelievabley greedy, i see they are advertising "unlimited" again they have already been told off once for misadvertising will they ever learn?
They obviously don't think people know what fair user policy means in their small print.
