Earlier in the week I sent off a letter to Orange, their MD and ISPA. Filled in ISPA online form too. This morning I got a letter from Orange with a named contact and tel. no. Guess what, the number doesn't exist and Customer Support can't give of the right one! What a set of **** Gina, looking forward to being Orangefree:-)
