It seems that Orange-hosted websites, especially the former Wanadoo ones, have been down since last Friday. There's a lengthy thread on this on the Orange Internet Forum:
People are concerned that Orange don't seem to know or care about this, so there's no evidence that anything is being done to rectify it. If this Forum is indeed looked at by Orange employees perhaps someone there could now take this seriously. The current situation is not acceptable, and they will undoubtedly lose customers over it. The longer they do nothing, the more customers they will lose.
