got switched to idnet today. never got Orange working after i was cut off 4 weeks ago.
my advice is that if you Orange connection goes wrong, the best thing to do is immediately switch to someone else, as Orange can do nothing to connect you and you are wasting your time and money trying to get them to fix the faults.
