I see from the Orange site that you can pay to have the upgrade, but it says they will be upgrading everyone within six months so advise ppl to wait. This is like saying, feel free to donate 20quid to us, and surely any major company of that size would be able to offer a better margin than 'within six months'. If they can upgrade now then they should at least make a start, after all they stated when we signed up that once an upgrade is available (which ours has since march) then they will.
Do yourself a favour and leave Orange ASAP.

Personally, iv been using Broadband since the days of Freeserve, which was about 2 years ago and i havent had any serious problems relaly, the only problems i have had are connection ones which have been sorted within a day, it's usually Orange (oh no its never them its usually me according to them) but the next day it will be back to normal, i am on my own Wirless Network i dont use the Orange Livebox as i am not on the package and from the reports i have read i am glad i am not using the Livebox.
Dont touch them with a barge pole... I was ok until June and now I get random disconnections, sometimes every 5 mins. I'm just waiting to move to another ISP. I havent had a day where I've had an unterrupted service.
