I signed up with Wanadoo Broadband early March and I am moving from my flat this weekend, and after reading the comments on here, have decided not to migrate with Orange.
Therefore I am going to cancel my contract.
I did not sign any agreement and am also planning to cancel direct debits with Orange. I am going to give them the reason that I have suffered nothing but ineptitude and a terrible service - does anyone know if I will have to pay for the remaining months of my contract by law - I am more than happy to send thier equipment back (I'll refrain from telling them where they can put it...)
Cheers,
D
