Orange is my ISP and I use Outlook Express for my email. I still use my original Freeserve address.
In the last few weeks I have had problems when sending to BT email addresses, both btinternet and btopenworld, in that they are not being received. They are not bouncing back as undelivered, just not getting through.
I would be interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this, and also if it is an Orange problem or a BT one.
Its not that unusual for email from my wanadoo address to go astray,Ive started using alternative addresses.
Today cant even access email ,getting page undeliverable but thats what to expect from Orange, try phoning customer services they just lie to you .

same problem but some have now started getting through.
I am also not receiving e-mails from btinternet addresses
seems to be a similar problem to what happened last year when Orange spent a month refusing to believe there was a problem. My contract ends soon ... I'd not be optimistic if I was them.
