The attainable figure is the livebox's guess at what speed you may be able to get based on the noise and attenuation. This is the sort of speed you may get on ADSL Max or LLU.
When it comes to actually running at that speed however that figure may be wrong, could be higher or lower to get a stable connection.
Oh and the attainable figure you have would put you on 4meg if you were on ADSL Max, not 5meg. The higher you go on it the less each sync speed step seems to add to your actual speed.
