These last few months the broadband speed in my home has been extremely slow, so it is absolutely impossible to watch youtube clips online, or download anything. Our connection never used to be so slow and I would like to know why this is the case now. Have rung Orange on many occasions and they have been no help at all. they have checked our line, have made us do about 6 speedtests on seperate occasions, but have been unable to tell us why we are still getting a slow speed. Last time i rang Orange they said they were passing my complaint onto their specialist team and that I would receive a phone call from them within 48 hours.. that was about 4 weeks ago!!! have given up trying to call, just want this sorted now.
doing a speed test the download speed is: 0.16 mb and the upload is: 0.34 mb.
would appreciate some enlightenment as to why this is the case.
Hello, I have the same problem, evenings its like dil-up, but during off peak times its very good, call centre in Delhi is useless, I now email Orrange every day, they are now saying its B.T that slowing it down, but the B.T speeds in my street are higher than Orrange!
Its almost time to receive the latest fobb off reply from Customer don't care.....
