When I attempt to delete emails from my inbox 9/10 times I receive a message stating the mail server is busy please try again later. This happens regardless of the way I attempt to delete.
Whilst these emails still sit in my inbox they also appear in the deleted items folder, so it is as if they are being deleted but still remain in the inbox.
At some point I will attempt to delete an email and then they willall delete together.
Very very frustrating but not as much as the complete lack of technical support from Orange, who have failed to respond to a single email to them about it over a 3 month period.
If you can drop me a mail to customer.services@orange.co.uk, I'll investigate this for you. So I can pick up your mail quickly, please add ‘Jonathan Orange Response' in the first line.
Please also include your personal reference ORT1042 and your username from this site, as without both of these details, I will be unable to pick the case up.
