I thought Orange were supposed to have sorted out the problem of emails not being received? I'm still having the problem and it's getting beyond a joke now. I'm fed up of getting phone calls asking why I haven't replied to emails, and now have to reply using my .fsnet account, .fsmail.net account and a newly set up gmail account in order to try and get around the problem. So I'm having to send people 3 emails in the hope that they receive one of them!
I could just give up and use the gmail account but my fsnet and fsmail accounts are the ones I'm used to using and like using and I pay for Orange broadband so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to make use of the email service they offer.
I also get the "The certificate for this website is invalid" message when I try to log in - which doesn't seem very professional of Orange to me.
Having been with Orange since the Freeserve days I would hope to be considered as a valued customer but I've noticed more and more problems in recent months and nothing seems to be being done abouit them.

no they dont care or help, been having problems with email for years, leaving them in Sept. Like you , i have been with them since Freeserve days, but enoughs enough isnt it ?
