I went a full FOUR MONTHS without Internet. The final straw was when they asked me if I'd "turned it off and on again" Three months down the line. I am at work all day and by the time I get home I have to speak to the little Indian call centre where I can't understand a word they're saying. The amount of times I called back, to be told the last advisor had "made an error", was a joke. The amount of times they asked me to check the wiring. The amount of times they asked me what "gaming websites I played on".
FINALLY, I cancelled with no cost and they gave me a refund of six months subscription. I will NEVER go with this company for a contract again.
