At the moment, nothing. But having been in touch with them about the account I can't log in to, and having been asked name, DOB etc, it occurred to me that if the account for which I do not know that info stops working I'll be up the creek without a paddle.

I have exactly the same problem. When I try to log in to webmail it goes to this page http://email.orange.co.uk/serv...AILWELCOME which says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Interestingly, when I try and log in using an incorrect password it tells me the password is wrong - so <a href="http://www.maccodes.co.uk" target="MAC">Orange</a>'s computer obviously knows the account exists and what the passsword is.

I have been through the Account Restore process and it makes no difference. I have even been to the change password page https://membercentre.orange.co.uk/MCPres/public/changePassword and it lets me change the password.

So <a href="http://www.maccodes.co.uk" target="MAC">Orange</a>'s computer knows the account exists and lets me go through the restore and change password procedures but I can't log in to webmail! Have tried on several computers - same result.

I have another wanadoo account which I can access perfectly, so it is something odd about this one account in particular, not a generic wanadoo problem.

Phew. I finally got an Indian chap to believe the problem existed and he raised a trouble report which went to a technical team somewhere. Four days later the account started to work agin. Then an hour later they sent me a survey. IE, when they know they have fixed your problem they send you a survey. When they know they have not helped you they don't send you a survey.

Surveys are sent when notes are left on your account. They're sent automatically. If your account wasn't working previously, you wouldn't have received a survey.
