Hi There to everyone who is currently experiencing problems with email access and getting Error code 404-Not Found.
I have been having the same problem, but rather than whinge about Orange I contacted the Tech Dept and within half an hour my problem has been resolved.
I have been with Orange now for quite a few years and I have nothing but praise for their help, whenever there has been a problem (which is on very few occasions) the help from their people has been excellent.
Thank you Orange for mending my email problem quickly and efficiently I for one will not be saying Orange is rubbish.

Excellent !......can you tell us which phone number you used and was it the Indian or UK Tech Dept that resolved your issue ?
Hi
I used the Orange Online Contact E mail form and the problem was resolved extremely quickly. They really are there to help and I read that they have abandoned India for Home Soil which has to be good news.

I think you'll find that only applies to Orange mobile phone teams.
Broadband is still India-based as first point of contact.
It certainly amazes me that they responded that quickly to just the website email......I would suggest that was more luck than anything else and your particular problem would have been resolved even if your email hadn't been sent.

Tech is all in India, except for Fault Management, and Escalations case management. Customer Support is in India AND the UK, both offer first point of contact on an equal basis (not overflow). Letter and Email response is in the UK.
completely disagree mate, mobile, and mobile broadband tech is in the UK, only home broadband and some parts of handset faults are in india, aswell as pay as you go. The majority of oranges call centres are in the UK

My post refers to Home Broadband, NOT mobile or mobile broadband, and I stand by what I've written.
