hi, ive had this problem on and off now since i joined Orange broadband my dload speed drops from 1952 kbps to 240 kbps and i phone Orange up after about half hr on the phone and telling them ive done my tests on speedtester.BT.com they tell me they will report the problem then the next day its fixed but they she there was no fault can someone from Orange help with this plz
