OK, so ill be leaving Orange soon to go back to my old ISP (Virgin). However, ever since signing up to Orange, the Livebox we recieved was damaged and half the circuit board was hanging out the bottom. Tried to explain this to Orange numerous times but all i could get was "i assure you, there wont be a problem with the Livebox" so in the end i gave up.
The box works fine and everything (Never managed to get over 2.8Mb but that might just be my line as Orange is the only provider weve ever had for ADSL as we were with Comtel/NTL/Virgin since the Dial-Up ages)
Basically, will Orange charge us for the cost of the Livebox thinking that we had damaged it? As i understand they send you a bag so you can return it to them for another customer to use.
Don't worry about it. If you want me to monitor the return, please drop me a mail at customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your landline/account number.
So I can pick up your mail quickly, please add 'Jonathan Orange Response' in the first line.
