hi there,
having Three fsmail web accounts i have notice since upgrading my anti virus AVG that when logging on to fsmail mail my connection is slow or dropping out can anyone advise me what to do please? as i am looking for a new job and need to get into my account my quickly.. Twisted Evil

If this is mainly a problem shortly after you've booted the PC/laptop then it could be AVG.

I've the Internet Security package but I suspect that it's part of the AV pack anyway.

There's a setting under Advanced AVG setting for Cache Server. This by default is enabled and on my PC - a quad core Intel 9550 - it nearly kills me for some minutes after startup. There's no downside in disabling this.
