For the last few weeks my Broadband connection keeps dropping out. I'm using the Siemens gigaset router ( recently replaced) The router lights are on but the connection drops and is very frustrating. So far i have had two line tests which came back ok, I have reset the router twice, changed the filters and phone cable and also tweaked the settings on my laptop and changed the channels on the router itself. Seemingly i have exhausted every option and after being escalated to level 2 tech support (whoppee doo) the problem is still there. I'm totally sick and tired ogf having to keep switching the router on an off yet Orange say they have done all they can!!
Has anyone else got an idea what the problem may be as i am now close to binning Orange all together.
