I had trouble with my E Mail yesterday,now today i still cannot get to my E Mails.When i go into my E Mail from the Orange home page i get a message saying Open but with errors on page,and instead of e mails there is just a load of lines and numbers.Whats going on.Thank You.Cumbrian

Seems to be getting to be a regular occurance now. It happens at least once a month! But in a way it's nice to know that I'm not the only one, as this indicates it's an Orange problem and not mine.

This is what happened to me this morning...OE won't send any emails but it did receive them that I sent from another addy.....always difficult to contact Orange, I'd like to know why I've still got wannado, and freeserve addresses too but can't send or get any in through Orange. Mysteries of tinternet life eh... who'd have 'em!
Same problem here, rubbish showing up when checking by webmail but Outlook Express downloads messages. I think I managed to sent an email from OE but who knows?
Same problem as the others, no ability to get into my accounts to manage them, just basic information. It has been like this since yesterday, typical Orange, no sense of urgency and appalling service levels. I have had enough and will be looking to move as soon as I can notify all my contacts of an alternative email address.
yep, same with me. outbound mail disappeared some time last night. I can connect to the postbox for inbound mail but receive an error sending. If this is a widespread problem, I'm amazed that there's no recognition of status on the Orange website. Anyone found a helpdesk number for Orange to find out what's going on?
I still have the same issue, can log in to my webmail but then just a blank page with undefined written in it and some numbers, if we go by the number of page views this threads have had today I'd say it seems a fairly widespread problem
Ive also got exactly the same problem ,and as usual, the customer services in Bangalore or wherever, are a complete waste of time and effort .Orange are definitely getting worse, this has cost me 2 days work.
Just Phoned Orange a recorded message said(We are currently experiencing E Mail Problems we are trying very hard to sort the problem out) so they know about it,i have at least 4 e mails i need to get at,lets hope its soon sorted.Cumbrian
Since I am using OpenDNS in addition to Orange DNS I can see that there are problens with js.wanadoo.co.uk/webmail/en-gb/scripts/....
OpenDNS is saving cookie for failed access.
www.mail2web.com can access the inbox and you can send messages from there ok. I need to get to Orange E-mail to check my SPAM !!
