I have been an Orange Customer before they where called Orange!
I have used Outlook Express, Outlook 2003 & Now Outlook 2007 with no problems sending mail until 2 months ago!
After complaining to the Chairman of Orange UK, I got a phone call which goes like this:
Sorry for your Problems, but Orange is a WEB mail service and we do not support Outlook 2007.
What a cop out!
Why am I paying for this service, when it works from my BlackBerry Orange account and Outlook is one of the most popular programmes in the world for email?
Can anyone suggest an answer to sending smtp as I have tried all the Orange smtp problem forums and nothing seems to make it work every time or around 20% of the time at most.
Hi. This is exactly the same query as the previous post by myself. If you are lucky you will receive your emails intermittantly. Today my outlook is working. I signed on to webmail as outlook out of action again all this week and found only 2 emails. Checked outlook and low and behold they were all there.
Re the reply to my post - whaere do I find account settings for webmail to check keep on server as it doesnt give me this option on my webmail pages. As you can see I have checked all my settings for outlook- there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. I too have compalined to Orange only to be told they do not support outlook.
