Well - I've finally had enough. After being with Orange since it was Freeserve I am finally jumping ship. My reasons are simple.
1. The worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to come across
2. The worst technical support that I have ever had etc, etc, etc.
3. Repeated and long standing disconnections (3 - 4 weeks)
4. Broken promises
5. Inarticulate call centre staff.
So it's goodbye Orange and hello PlusNet - it may not be a better service, but at least I'll be able to talk to someone that is only 12 miles up the road and doesn't pretend that his name is Alan
