Why am I getting such slow speeds today?

Thinkbroadband speed test results show

Speed down 86.70 Kbps (0.1 Mbps) and

Speed up 377.19 Kbps (0.4. Mbps).

No, you need to follow the instructions on that site to log in to your Inventel Livebox and access the stats page.

Then copy and paste the data into a post on here but exclude any IP addresses etc for security reasons....you don't want to be hacked or spammed.

Yes that'll do....your on IPStream rather than LLU so can you log on to www.speedtester.BT.com and post back with the data from there.

It looks like your IP Profile has plummeted and possibly got stuck because the router is syncing at 7808kbps which should give you an IP Profile of 6500kbps

So your IP Profile is what it should be i.e. 6500kbps.

Looks like a problem at the exchange or somewhere between youand the exchange or Orange/BT are restricting your connection.

How much do you download/upload per month ? Do you use torrents/P2P ?

I don't download music, games. movies etc or use torrents/P2P so download limit shouldn't be a problem.
