It has taken Orange 6 months to activate my second line .During this period my ip profile was 1750kbps it used to run at 2500kbps ,my profile is now 2000kbps ,but my maximum download rate according to BT speedtest and Orange livebox page is 3040kbps.I phoned Orange asking for CIU team and there responce was your case has been closed so I have to start again(talk about deja vu )All Orange say is according to our sytems you can only get half megabyte .Scream scream scream
