Has something happened to the Speed Survey? I tried to record a test just now even after entering all the data from speedtest.net nothing showed on the database.
Perhaps it is too much snow on the line or in Orange jargon the wrong type of snow!!!

Yes it works now. Just go to Broadband speed survey on right hand side of screen and follow the prompts.
I am now with Sky broadband because my speeds were going no where other than up and down and the graph looked like a mountain range, so far with Sky I am already getting better speeds and I am still within 10 days of DLM.
