Like others I have been unable to access my fsmail.net account (login authority fails and none of my details are recognised)which contains information important to me, like contact lists. Since 1 December I have tried every means to resolve this, bombarding Orange with emails and letters to no effect. I wonder how they can get away with operating so cavalierly and ineffectively.
Don't suggest all the usual (no its not locked and I have gone through the script) but someone please help. An explanation why this has happened would be better than nothing.
