I am having issues with my email when recipients "reply" to me. Their reply just vanishes!

My email is working fine & if a new email is sent this is also fine. It's not spam filters as it doesn't even reach there either. My "reply" to others is also working OK.

Anyone else having these problems or found a solution?

I called the "helpdesk" & they just said email as they do not deal with mobile email issues.
