Ok, so my boyfriend is having problems with his livebox... So please bear with me as i try and explain what the problem is..
Last night, he'd been online all day.. then suddenly he texts me saying Orange wont let him on the internet even thought the livebox is saying its all connected.. he says everytime he tries to go on the internet he just gets 'unidentified network'.. his laptop is on wireless, but he has tried plugging the cable in and no difference, he's also tried re-pairing it and reseting the box several times ..
he said the lights are just as they ususally are.. and i just text him telling him to unplug it all then plug it back in.. but what if that doesn't work?.. any other ideas on what it could be?
