I called wanadoo support to ask about my livebox delivery. All i asked was how long it would take for delivery and i was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then they told me it should arrive by friday. I said i have one more question and she hung up on me. It cost for £1.50 on my mobile phone (easyMobile 15p calls).
But she was very rude and diddnt seem to care.

4 weeks ago I was promised a new modem to suppopsedly cure my problems, many promises and many lies later I still do not have it. Just signed up with new ISP and am trying to sort out MAC number or disconnection from Orange.
