Not quite sure where to begin with this because I suspect this is simply down to Orange taking the mickey, but here goes.
I'm getting speeds up to 5 mb/s in the morning, which then deteriorates throughout the day to the evening, when I'm lucky to obtain more than .5 mb/s. Presumably this is down to Orange simply not having the capacity at peak time?
So, I suppose my questions are - 1) Is there anything that can be done about this 2) I am tied into an 18m contract, can I leave e.g. based on Orange failing to provide a decent service.
Have not given any other info. because I'm unsure what you might need to address my problem - please ask!

Thank God there's someone else with this problem.
I start the day at 5MB and by lunchtime I can barely connect at all. Orange helpline were useless. Why don't they admit there's a problem?
I'm in an 18 month contract too, but a contract works two ways and Orange aren't fulfilling their side of it. If things don't get better after Christmas I'm off to Virgin.
